A live online Pilates class designed to move with you. We'll teach from a strong foundation and offer options throughout. Whether you're newer to Pilates, want to keep things simple, or fancy adding a little more of a challenge. You choose what works for you that day.

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to The Core Society online classes, including live and pre-recorded sessions. All purchases are non-refundable. Live class bookings may be moved to another available class, subject to availability and the rescheduling terms below. Class links, recordings and access details are for the person who purchased or booked the class and must not be shared.
